What to expect at your first visit

Welcome to The Fredericton Dental Centre. At your new patient exam, we will begin with some x-rays and then a complete exam of everything to do with your oral health.

Office policies

We direct bill most insurance companies and take care of all the paper work. It is your responsibility to be aware of what your insurance plan covers and what your maximum coverage is for the year. Some insurance companies will only reimburse you after you have paid for your treatment, so it is very important that you know how your plan works.

Payment options

Payment is due at the time of the appointment. We accept cash, debit, Visa and Mastercard.

Cancellations

We require two business days’ notice for all appointment changes or cancellations.

Patient forms

Please prepare for your first appointment by completing our new patient information form that we send by email to you. When completed, press submit and the form goes directly into your file.

Our Location

Our clinic is conveniently located at 1012 Prospect St on the corner of Smythe and Prospect Street. We have lots of free parking and businesses around us like Starbucks, Shoppers Drug Mart and many restaurants that make your dental visit easy and convenient.
